The THERESE turtleneck sweater in 100% merino wool has a regular fit, so we recommend ordering your usual size. If you like it more fitted, order a size down knowing that knits usually loosen slightly once worn. The tolerance for the size indicated on the size guide can be +/-2cm or +/-1in.

Selecting your size online can be a bit tricky, especially for a first order. But by following our advice you should be able to make the right choice for your purchase, like over 94% of our customers.

We ship worldwide and tracking information will be provided by email when your order is shipped out of our workshop in Spain. Shipping options for your delivery address will be displayed at check-out. Please note that we knit every item after the order is placed to avoid overproduction and minimize waste. As a result, the delivery timeframe you select at checkout are added to our production times. Exchanges and returns are possible as described in our FAQs section. superbe !!

c'est mon deuxième pull Thérèse ( le 1er bleu marine, celui ci beige)....il est magnifique. Mais les délais de livraison ont été bien top long... pas loin de 3 mois !

Nous sommes vraiment ravis que votre pièce vous plaise!
Par ailleurs, nous nous excusons pour les délais de livraison légèrement plus longs que prévus. Nos délais sont normalement de 3 à 4 semaines de production auxquelles il faut ajouter 7 jours ouvrés pour une livraison via Mondial Relay, comme vous aviez choisi. Votre commande aurait donc dû être expédiée la troisième semaine de Novembre, pour une livraison début décembre. Une rupture de stock sur un fil nous a fait prendre 2 semaines de retard dans la production. Nous essayions pour chaque collection d'anticiper au maximum nos achats, mais la couleur beige a été victime de son succès. Nous travaillons en interne afin que ces ruptures de stock ne se reproduisent plus!
De plus, un retard de livraison de la part de Mondiale Relay, dû à la période des fêtes, a retardé d'une semaine de plus votre livraison, ce qui a effectivement conduit à un délai global de 8 semaines au lieu de 5 semaines, et nous nous en excusons sincèrement!
