Shipping policy

At L'Envers, every item is made to order. After your order is placed, it takes approximately 3 to 4 weeks for it to be knitted by our artisans. Once completed, it will be shipped to the delivery address indicated in your order. Delivery takes approximately 5 to 7 business days, depending on the destination and shipping option selected.

We will keep you regularly informed by email about the progress of your order.

Shipping is charged at a flat rate, as follows:

European Union countries: shipping is free of charge for orders over 300 €. For orders below 300 €, standard shipping is 14.95 € and Express shipping is 25 €. Specific countries (France, Germany, Portugal, Spain, Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands) also have access to delivery to a Mondial Relay pickup point. Delivery times may vary from 2 to 7 business days, depending on the option selected.

Spain: shipping is free of charge for orders over 300 €. For orders below 300 €, standard shipping is 5 €, Express shipping is 11.95 €, and delivery to an InPost pickup point is 4 €. Delivery times may vary from 2 to 4 business days, depending on the option selected.

Europe (outside the European Union) and Canada: shipping is free of charge for orders over 320 €. For orders below 320 €, standard shipping is 24.95 € and Express shipping is 40 €. Delivery times may vary from 2 to 7 business days, depending on the option selected.

United States: shipping is free of charge for orders over 410 €. For orders below 410 €, standard shipping is 24.95 € and Express shipping is 40 €. Delivery times may vary from 2 to 7 business days, depending on the option selected.

We are pleased to offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping to the United States. Product prices displayed on our site already include estimated U.S. customs duties and import taxes, so the price you see is the total price you pay. There is no separate duty charge added at checkout, and no additional customs duties or import taxes will be charged upon delivery.

Asia and Oceania: shipping is free of charge for orders over 360 €. For orders below 360 €, standard shipping is 80 €. Delivery times may vary from 6 to 12 business days.

Rest of the world: shipping is free of charge for orders over 320 €. For orders below 320 €, standard shipping is 80 €. Delivery times may vary from 6 to 12 business days.

As delivery is handled by third-party carriers, delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Likewise, once your package has been shipped, the tracking information available to us is the same as that provided by the carrier through its tracking platform. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. Please ensure that your shipping address, email address and phone number are correct when placing your order, as we are unable to reroute packages once they have been shipped.

L'ENVERS FASHION cannot be held liable for any package that is lost or stolen after it has been marked as delivered by the carrier. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a secure delivery location if they are not present at the time of delivery.

For orders shipped outside the European Union (excluding the United States), customs duties, import taxes and any local charges may apply depending on the destination country's regulations. These charges remain the responsibility of the customer.

For security reasons, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
