Refund policy

Please note that you have 30 days to return an item from the date of receipt of the package. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. On top of our regular 30-day return policy, we extend the return period for the Holidays: orders received between November 24 and December 31, 2026 can be returned until January 30, 2027.

To return an item, it must be unworn, unwashed, have all original tags attached, and be in its original packaging — we only accept complete products in undamaged packaging. Refunds or exchanges are processed once we have received the returned item and confirmed its condition through quality control. If an item has been worn, washed or damaged, no refund or exchange will be granted, and return shipping costs remain the customer's responsibility.

Personalized pieces, as well as items purchased through our ATELIER SALES, are neither exchangeable nor refundable. Please refer to our FAQ section for instructions on how to receive your return shipping label from our Customer Care team. Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original order.

Returns from the United States: all orders shipped to the United States are sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means the price you pay at checkout already includes all applicable import duties and customs clearance fees — you will not be charged any additional customs duties or import fees upon delivery.

How to make a return: if you wish to return an item, please contact our Customer Care team at customer@lenversfashion.com. They will provide you with return instructions.

Return costs: you will receive an invoice by email for €32 per parcel (up to 1 kg), corresponding to 50% of the return label cost. Once this invoice is paid, we will send you the return label by email along with instructions for returning your item.

Refunds and import duties: if you return an item for a refund, we will refund the value of the item(s) purchased. However, the import duties and customs clearance fees included in the original purchase price — a 16.4% import duty and a €19 (or $21) customs clearance fee — are non-refundable, as they have already been paid on your behalf when the order was imported into the United States.
