We ship worldwide and tracking information will be provided by email when your order is shipped out of our workshop in Spain. Shipping options for your delivery address will be displayed at check-out.
READY-TO-SHIP : Items marked "READY-TO-SHIP" ship within 5 business days, excluding weekends and Spanish bank holidays. If you have ordered additional items which are made to order, you will receive your order complete in one shipment, when these additional pieces are ready.
MADE-TO-ORDER : Please note that we knit every item after the order is placed to avoid overproduction and minimize waste. As a result, the delivery timeframe you select at checkout are added to our production times. Exchanges and returns are possible as described in our FAQs section.
