Do you continue to ensure deliveries?
Yes, and worldwide. Shipments are sent twice a week and are safely handled by our family-owned knitting workshop, which wears gloves and masks.                                                                 
                                            
What are the delivery times?
Delivery times are extended by a few days because there are fewer deliverers available.                                                                                                                                       
                                                       
What hygiene precautions are taken?
Our knitting workshop, which manages the production of our wool and cotton pieces, as well as all shipments (wool, cotton and hemp), strictly adheres to the recommended hygiene conditions and standards. Our transport partners DHL (Europe) and Fedex (outside Europe) deliver without signature and preferably leave the parcel in a secure place to avoid contact.                                                             
                                                                                    
I want to be delivered after lockdown, is that possible?
Yes it is! Tell us by email and we will keep your package secure in our knitting workshop which manages the deliveries.                                                                       
                                                                                                              
Why do you keep delivering when so many brands have stopped?
We asked ourselves the question of stopping deliveries but the making of the pieces as well as the preparation of the orders is carried out internally by our knitting workshop which is a family workshop made up of parents and their son who work and live together respecting the recommended hygiene standards. Our partners DHL and Fedex also comply with hygiene standards.
